We want customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase!  Please contact us if there is any issue with your order and we will do our best to come to a satisfactory resolution.

**IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION**

Please double check to make sure that the delivery address is correct. We will ship to the address that is provided by the buyer at check out.  If you discover that the address is incorrect, please notify us right away.  If the shipping label has not been created, we can still change the address.  If the label has already been created there is no guarantee that we can change the delivery address.  

Our shipping policy is 1-2 business days, however, many times we have your order prepared and shipped within a few hours of placing the order.   We also can ship Priority mail Express with a $5 rush order fee.  Please message us for pricing for Priority Mail Express.
