Welcome to Quilts on the Fly! Our #1 goal is for you to find what you need and for us to provide the very best customer service.  We carry a full line of NFL & MLB fabric (and a growing NBA & Collegiate selection) as well as novelty prints and blender fabrics.

**RETURNS & EXCHANGES**

 

DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS.  We will return to our normal return policy when we feel that it is safe to do so.  We appreciate your understanding.

- For returns, please contact within 3 days of the package postmarked as delivered.  Item needs to be returned within 7 days of delivery.  

- Unless item is damaged or defective, buyer to pay return shipping fees. Any item returned for reasons other than damaged or defective will incur a 25% restocking fee.   Item must be in original condition.  Items cut, altered, washed, etc will not be accepted for return.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- You MUST contact us first before shipping any item back for return.  

- Items NOT returnable:  any customized item or items that are special made just for you.  

-  Once item has been received and inspected, customer will receive refund for the cost of fabric, minus the original shipping costs, restocking fee and damage fee if applicable.  

 

Orders may be cancelled as long as the fabric has not been cut and the order filled.  We strive to fill orders and get them shipped out as quickly as possible,  Sometimes this is a very short window of time.  Please cancel within one hour of placing order, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the order has not already been cut and in the process of being fulfilled.

We want customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase!  Please contact us if there is any issue with your order and we will do our best to come to a satisfactory resolution.

**IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION**

 

Please double check to make sure that the delivery address is correct. We will ship to the address that is provided by the buyer at check out.  If you discover that the address is incorrect, please notify us right away.  If the shipping label has not been created, we can still change the address.  If the label has already been created there is no guarantee that we can change the delivery address.  If package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay postage to have it reshipped after an address correction.

 

Our shipping policy is 1-2 business days, however, many times we have your order prepared and shipped within a few hours of placing the order.   We also can ship Priority mail Express with a $5 rush order fee.  Please message us for pricing for Priority Mail Express.

 

We ship Monday thru Friday (Except on holidays)

 

The default method of shipping for our store is USPS First Class Mail.  We can economically ship up to 2 yards of cotton fabric this way.  Please see the insurance section for more information about First Class Shipping.

 

Unless otherwise stated, the following outlines how most items are shipped:  

 

2 yards or less will ship via USPS First Class mail unless Priority mail is purchased.

Anything more than 16oz will ship USPS Priority Mail.

**In the event of a lost package, we can only submit a claim for the exact amount of loss up to $100 (or amount purchased).  For orders over $100 additional insurance can be purchased.  Please contact us for additional insurance.

 

**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING**

 

We are not currently shipping internationally.

**CUSTOM DUTIES/TAXES**

 

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Please read and understand all policies before placing an order.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.  We check email several times a day and will respond as quickly as possible.

**ADDITIONAL ITEMS**

 

We sell on a first-come, first –serve basis.  Custom Listing orders or reserved listing orders are not filled until payment has been made.  Items may be held for a short window of time, but please contact us first so we can make arrangements to hold your items for you.

 

Often times we have more of an item than what is listed, please contact us if you are looking for more than what is listed.

 

**FAQ**

Do you have more than yardage than what is listed?

 

Most likely!  We try very hard to keep inventory accurate and not oversell.  We often do not list everything that we have, so please contact us if you are looking for more yardage than what is shown as available.

 

How do I order 1 yard or more?  

​

Most of our fabric is sold by the half yard.  TO purchase multiple yards, choose 1 = 1/2 yard, 2 = 1 yard, 3 = 1.5 yards, etc.

​

Your shipping says 1-3 days to shop.  Does it really take that long?

We ship every day Monday thru Friday (except US Holidays).  Most often, your order is shipped the same day or the next business day. 

 

I forgot to order something. Do you combine multiple orders?

 

Yes!  We are happy to combine shipments.  If your order is purchased at once, all your items will ship together.  If you place an order and forgot something you needed and a second order is placed, please leave us a note at check out and we will do our best to combine the orders.  While we try our hardest to catch multiple orders, sometimes we miss them.  If you leave a note at checkout, that will help bring it to our attention.

 

Do you accept returns?  

 

Yes we do.  Please see our returns and exchanges policy.  **NOTE** - All Sales are final on Clearance & Sale Items, no returns accepted on these items.
